Each property is held inside its own legal vehicle (a Special Purpose Vehicle). When you purchase tokens, you hold a digital unit that represents a defined economic interest in that SPV — including rights to income distributions tied to the property's performance.

How is the income paid out? +

Rental income from the underlying properties is collected, then distributed on-chain to token holders on a recurring schedule. Distributions arrive directly to your connected wallet.

Are these yields really sustainable? +
